It was especially difficult for him as hes not fond of eggs and many vegetables. Plus, he travels a lot. Airports arent diet friendly so living on the go was tough those first weeks. So, we pre-cooked chicken breasts, lean beef patties and pork chops for him to take along with him to eat in a pinch.
