HEAVEN IS FOR REAL - Official Trailer

An ISIS fighter: ‘I was forbidden at the Gates of Heaven…’

The book documents the report of a near-death experience by Burpo's three-year-old son Colton. By April , more than one million ebooks had been sold, [1] and more than 10 million copies had been sold by As time passed on, Colton continuously kept throwing up, which is when Todd and Sonja knew that he did not just have influenza. When Todd and Sonja went to a different emergency room with Colton, they were told that Colton had to have an emergency appendectomy as he could possibly die. Colton began describing events and people that seemed impossible for him to have known about. Examples include knowledge of an unborn sister miscarried by his mother in and details of a great-grandfather who had died 30 years before Colton was born. Colton Burpo the three-year-old son at time of incident of Todd Burpo and Sonja Burpo, was the one who this happened to.

To say that hell does not exist is clearly not a statement about geography or cosmology. Neither Francis nor any other sane and educated person believes that a space probe will come back with a report of heaven, or that an overenthusiastic fracking company will tap into a source of heat much larger than any survey had estimated, shortly before all the management and shareholders are sucked down inside it by ravening demons. Supposing that hell is something that exists only in the imagination, it will still have a physical manifestation somewhere in the brains of believers. It would do nothing at all to our understanding of ideas to read about them from inside a brain scanner. Arguing about the existence of hell, or even the existence of God, is a little like arguing about the existence of the number zero.
